Pixley Berries, Herefordshire’s inspirational cordial maker, has taken delivery of two stunningly branded vans to help it service local and West Country clients with its range of four blackcurrant-based cordials.
Says Pixley Berry’s MD, Edward Thompson:
“Our cordials, which we press and blend here on the farm, are available through Waitrose and Ocado nationally, as well as through fine food shops and selected Morrison’s stores in the Midlands. That distribution all runs seamlessly without our involvement. But there has been a steep rise in demand locally from those who have tasted our blackcurrant cordials consumer shows and we felt we needed a quick and versatile means of supplying them.
“Both of our new drivers have worked on the Pixley farm and they know how our fruit is grown and how our minimal processing allows more freshness to remain in the glass: So they are roving Pixley ambassadors as well.”
